Licensing

The Applied Epic SDK license is on an annual renewal cycle. The renewal date is based on the date of your Applied Epic SDK purchase. You must renew your license every year in order to keep using the methods provided by the Applied Epic SDK.  When it is close to your renewal time, the Applied Systems Billing Administration department will notify you that your license is about to expire.

You can check the status of all your Epic-related licenses through the License Utility at any time. The License Utility’s file name is ASI.SMART.Tools.LicenseUtility and it is located on your Central Server under the C:\ASI\ASI.TAM\CentralServer\Software folder.  If the License Utility is showing that your renewal date is within 30 days and you have not been notified by Applied Systems, please contact a customer service representative in order to avoid any interruption with your Epic SDK integration experience.
