Add TAM Contacts to Email

Use this workflow to select a contact entered in TAM as the recipient of an email message.

Note: In order to add a contact to an email, you must have an email address entered for that contact. See Contact List for more information.

  1. On the New Mail Message screen, click the TAM Contacts button .
  2. The Contact Email Address screen displays. Select the appropriate Entity Type from the dropdown list.
  3. Double click in the Entity Code field, select the appropriate entity in the list, and click OK.
  4. Click Find Contacts.
  5. Select the appropriate contact and click the arrow above the To, Cc, or Bcc lists.
  6. Repeat until all desired recipients have been added. Click OK.
