Attachment List

Use the following steps to access the Attachment List.

  1. At Home Base, click Clients & Files.
  2. From the dropdown menu above the list, select the entity type.
  3. Select the desired entity in the list.
  4. Click the Attachment List button.

The number or code and name of the selected entity display at the top of the screen. Navigate between the following tabs:

Attachments are listed by the Description, Category, Subcategory, Edit Date, Edit Time, Operator ID of Editor, and Custom Date (date created).

Preview information for the selected attachment displays in the sidebar on the right side of the screen. The information varies, depending upon the type of attachment.

Double click an attachment in the list to display the attachment.

Click Previous or Next to view the Attachment List for the previous or next entity in the list.

Click Detail to display the Attachment Detail for the selected attachment.

Click Options to view the options available for attachments. See Attachment List Options Menu for more information.

Click Cancel to return to the selected Clients & Files list.

Attachment Detail

Use the following steps to access the Attachment Detail screen from Home Base.

  1. Click Clients & Files.
  2. From the dropdown menu above the list, select the desired entity type.
  3. Select the desired entity in the list and click the Attachment List button.
  4. Select an attachment in the list and click Detail.

If desired, you can revise the following fields by double clicking and selecting a new option:

Click OK after making any revisions. Click Yes to confirm the revision and return to the Attachment List.

Note: The OK button is grayed until a revision is made.

Click Options to view the options available from the Attachment Detail.

Click Cancel to abort editing or viewing Attachment Detail and return to the Attachment List.
