Print a Claim
- At Home Base click Clients & Files.
- Select Customers from the dropdown menu above the list.
- In the list, select the customer whose claim you want to print and click the Claim List button.
- If you are only printing a single claim, make sure that claim is highlighted in the list before proceeding.
- Click Options > Print Claim.
- Select the desired print options on the Print Claims screen.
- Make the appropriate selection in the Print frame.
- Current: Print the currently selected claim.
- All: Print all claims for this customer.
- Use Filter: Print all claims currently displaying on the Filter tab. If a filter is not in use, this option prints all claims.
- Select Include Client Detail if you want the address, phone number, and other basic information for the main account to print at the top of the page.
- Determine whether you want to include Claimants, Payments, and/or Notes on the printed output.
- Select the Complete radio button to print all claim information entered or the Summary radio button to only print the main information.
- Click Print.
