Print a Claim

  1. At Home Base click Clients & Files.
  2. Select Customers from the dropdown menu above the list.
  3. In the list, select the customer whose claim you want to print and click the Claim List button.
  4. If you are only printing a single claim, make sure that claim is highlighted in the list before proceeding.
  5. Click Options > Print Claim.
  6. Select the desired print options on the Print Claims screen.
    1. Make the appropriate selection in the Print frame.
      • Current: Print the currently selected claim.
      • All: Print all claims for this customer.
      • Use Filter: Print all claims currently displaying on the Filter tab. If a filter is not in use, this option prints all claims.
    2. Select Include Client Detail if you want the address, phone number, and other basic information for the main account to print at the top of the page.
    3. Determine whether you want to include Claimants, Payments, and/or Notes on the printed output.
    4. Select the Complete radio button to print all claim information entered or the Summary radio button to only print the main information.
  7. Click Print.
