Insert a File into an Email
Use this option to attach files saved on your computer to an email message.
- On the New Mail Message screen, click the Insert Files button
.
- Browse to and select the desired file(s). Files can be selected individually, or you can use the [SHIFT] key to select multiple files simultaneously.
- Click Open.
- A file-specific icon(s) and the file name(s) display on the Attachment line of the email.
