Insert a File into an Email

Use this option to attach files saved on your computer to an email message.

  1. On the New Mail Message screen, click the Insert Files button .
  2. Browse to and select the desired file(s). Files can be selected individually, or you can use the [SHIFT] key to select multiple files simultaneously.
  3. Click Open.
  4. A file-specific icon(s) and the file name(s) display on the Attachment line of the email.
