Log a Call
- From the Call History List, click Options > Log a Call. The Log a Call window displays.
- The Date and Time, as well as the Operator who logged the call, default and cannot be changed.
- If you were able to reach the call recipient, select Yes in the Contacted frame. If not, select No.
- In the Interested frame, select Yes or No to indicate whether the call recipient is interested in following up.
- Record any additional information in the Notes field.
- Click OK to add the call to the Call History List, or Cancel to close the screen without saving changes.
