Log a Call

  1. From the Call History List, click Options > Log a Call. The Log a Call window displays.
  2. The Date and Time, as well as the Operator who logged the call, default and cannot be changed.
  3. If you were able to reach the call recipient, select Yes in the Contacted frame. If not, select No.
  4. In the Interested frame, select Yes or No to indicate whether the call recipient is interested in following up.
  5. Record any additional information in the Notes field.
  6. Click OK to add the call to the Call History List, or Cancel to close the screen without saving changes.
