Call History List
Use the Call History function to access and log call information for all entities in TAM. To open the Call History List for a particular entity, do the following:
- From Home Base, click Clients & Files.
- Select the appropriate entity type from the dropdown menu.
- Highlight the appropriate entity in the list and click Options, Call History.
Call information is listed in the following columns:
- Date: Date the call was logged
- Time: Time the call was logged
- Op: OpID who logged the call
- Contacted: Whether the caller successfully reached the recipient (Y or N)
- Interested: Whether the recipient expressed interest in the caller's proposal (Y or N)
- Notes: Any additional information recorded when the call was logged
Click the tab headings to view the following lists:
- All: All calls logged for this recipient
- Contacted: Calls displaying Y in the Contacted column
- Interested: Calls displaying Y in the Interested column

The workflows available under Options vary based on the entity type you are accessing, but the following workflows are available from every Call History List:
