Call History List

Use the Call History function to access and log call information for all entities in TAM. To open the Call History List for a particular entity, do the following:

  1. From Home Base, click Clients & Files.
  2. Select the appropriate entity type from the dropdown menu.
  3. Highlight the appropriate entity in the list and click Options, Call History.
