Modem Parameter Setup

Use this feature to define modem settings so that you can make calls from TAM via the Dial and Log a Call workflow.

1. From the Call History List, click Options > Modem Parameter Setup. The Modem Parameter Setup window displays.
2. Enter your local area code.
3. In the Prefix frame, enter any numbers that need to be dialed before Local and Long Distance numbers.
4. In the Com Port frame, select Com Port 1 or Com Port 2.
5. Click OK to save this setup, or Cancel to discard changes and return to the Call History List.
