Memo List

Memos are similar to letters, but simpler. They provide you with an easy way to manage informal communication with clients, companies, and other TAM entities.

  1. At Home Base, click Clients & Files.
  2. From the dropdown menu above the list, select the entity type.
  3. Select the desired entity in the list.
  4. Click the Memo List button.

The number or code and name of the selected entity display at the top of the Memo List screen. Navigate between the following tabs:

The addressee, content, and sender for the selected memo display in the sidebar on the right side of the screen.

Click Previous or Next to view the Memo List for the previous or next entity in the list.

Click Detail to display the Memo Detail for the selected memo.

Click Options to view the options available from the Memo List (options vary based on which tab you are viewing).

Click Cancel to return to the selected Clients & Files list.

Memo Detail

Use the following steps to access the Memo Detail screen from Home Base.

  1. Click Clients & Files.
  2. From the dropdown menu above the list, select the entity type.
  3. Select the desired client or file in the list and click the Memo List button.
  4. Select a memo in the list and click Detail.

You can revise the following fields.

Click OK after making any revisions. Click Yes to confirm the revision and return to the Memo List.

Note: The OK button is grayed until a revision is made.

Click Options to view the options available from the Memo Detail.

Click Cancel to abort editing or viewing Memo Detail and return to the Memo List.
