Rename GL Account Numbers

To run this utility, all users must exit TAM.

1. On the desktop, click Start > Programs > Applied Systems > Utility Manager.
   
   Note: You must access Utility Manager this way to run this utility.
2. On the Utility Manager screen, open the Accounting folder in the treeview.
3. Open the GL folder and select Rename GL Account Numbers.
4. Click the arrow to continue.
5. Type the Current Account Number or double click inside the field to select the account number from the list.
6. Type New Account Number.
7. Click Accept. The revised account information appears in the table.
8. Click OK to save your changes.
