Add an Existing User to a Group

When you add a user to a group, the user inherits the rights assigned to the group.

Note: For information on adding a user to the system, see Add a User.

  1. From the Home Base click Utilities.
  2. On the Utility Manager screen, open the System Administrative folder in the treeview.
  3. Select Security Manager.
  4. Click the arrow to continue.
  5. Select a user from the Users list.
  6. Click the Group Membership tab.
  7. Select a group from the Available list.
  8. Click Add.  
  9. Click Apply to save changes.
  10. Click OK to exit Security Manager.
