Agency Codes

If your organization is set up with multiple agencies and/or branches, insurance companies may assign a separate agency code to each structure. These codes are used in download and also print on ACORD forms.

  1. From the Companies list, select the appropriate company and click Options, Agency Codes. The Company Agency Codes window displays.
  2. In the Transmitting frame, select Print/Transmit by Agency or Print/Transmit by Branch. The Agency/Branch Information list populates accordingly.
  3. To add or edit information, highlight an agency or branch in the list.
  4. Enter the Code assigned by the company.
  5. Enter a Password if one was provided.
  6. If this agency/branch will be performing download, enter the Contract number (this is often the same as the Code).
  7. Click Update to save your changes, or Cancel to close the screen without applying changes.
