Companies

Use the Company File to maintain records for all insurance companies that do business with your agency.

To access company information, at Home Base, click Clients & Files. From the dropdown menu above the list, select Companies.

Companies are listed by Company Code, Name, and Street. Scroll through the list to select the desired company, or type the first few letters of the company Code in the field below the list to jump to the closest match. (For more information on customizing and navigating this list, see List Management.)

The sidebar on the right portion of the screen contains an information summary for the selected company. The company name, address, business phone number, fax number, email address, and any miscellaneous notes display in this summary.

To view the detail screen for the selected company, click Detail.

Click Options to access the following workflows:

Click Cancel to return to Home Base.
