Company Address

Use this workflow to store multiple addresses for a company (for example, if a company has a main address as well as a separate address that is used for payments).

  1. From the Companies list, highlight the appropriate company and click Options > Company Address. The Company Address List screen displays.
  2. To add a new address, click the Add button below the button bar. The New Company Address Detail screen displays.
  3. Enter the name, address, and contact information.
  4. Click OK to add the address to the list.
  5. To view or edit detail for an address, highlight it and click the Detail button. To close the Company Address List screen, click Cancel.
