Save as User-Defined Report or Search
User-Defined Reports or Searches must be done in TAM Classic Reports. To access TAM Classic Reports, click Options > Open Classic Reports.
- To access the Save as User Defined window, do one of the following:
- Run the report/search, selecting Save as User-Defined as the Output Destination.
- Run the report/search, selecting Data Preview as the Output Destination. On the Data Preview screen, click Options, Save as User-Defined.
- Enter the Report Title.
- From the Report Type dropdown list, select User-Defined Reports or User-Defined Searches.
- Click the printer icon to select the Default Output Destination.
- The Security Equivalence defaults from the original report and cannot be changed.
- Type Notes/Comments for the report in the field provided to further identify the report.
- Click OK. The report is saved under the assigned title and a confirmation window displays. Click OK again.
- To review this report, click the User-Defined button on the TAM Reports screen and select the appropriate Report Type. The newly added User-Defined report/search displays in the Report Choices list.
