Use the Universal Certificate Holder file to store information for holders added to certificates. When you import a holder or add a new holder during the Add a Certificate workflow, that holder is automatically added to this list.
To access universal certificate holder information, at Home Base, click Clients & Files. From the dropdown menu above the list, select Universal Cert Holders.
Universal certificate holders are listed by Holder ID, Name, and Street. Scroll through the list to select the desired holder, or type the first few letters of the holder Code in the field below the list to jump to the closest match. (For more information on customizing and navigating this list, see List Management.)
The sidebar on the right portion of the screen contains the name and address of the selected holder. The company name, address, business phone number, fax number, email address, and any miscellaneous notes display in this summary.
To view the detail screen for the selected holder, click Detail.
Click Options to access the following workflows:
Click Cancel to return to Home Base.
