Add TAM Contacts to Email
If you are using the TAM Integrated Email, use the following workflow to select a contact entered in TAM as the recipient of an email message. See the TAM Outlook Add-In article for information on using the TAM Contacts option to add contacts when composing an email with Microsoft Outlook.
Note: To add a contact to an email, you must have an email address entered for that contact. See Contact List for more information.
- On the New Mail Message screen, click the TAM Contacts button
.
- The Contact Email Address screen displays. Select the appropriate Entity Type from the dropdown list.
- Double click in the Entity Code field, select the appropriate entity in the list, and click OK.
- Click Find Contacts.
- Select the appropriate contact and click the arrow above the To, Cc, or Bcc lists.
- Repeat until all desired recipients have been added. Click OK.
