Use the Insurer File to maintain records for all insurance insurers that do business with your agency.
To access insurer information, at Home Base, click Clients & Files. From the dropdown menu above the list, select Insurers.
Insurers are listed by Insurer Code, Name, and Street. Scroll through the list to select the desired insurer, or type the first few letters of the insurer Code in the field below the list to jump to the closest match. (For more information on customising and navigating this list, see List Management.)
The sidebar on the right portion of the screen contains an information summary for the selected insurer. The insurer name, address, business phone number, fax number, email address, and any miscellaneous notes display in this summary.
To view the detail screen for the selected insurer, click Detail.
Click Options to access the following workflows:
Click Cancel to return to Home Base.
