Insert a File into an Email
If you are using the TAM Integrated Email, use the following workflow to attach files saved on your computer to an email message. If you are Microsoft Outlook, insert files as you typically would.
- On the New Mail Message screen, click the Insert Files button
.
- Browse to and select the desired file(s). Files can be selected individually, or you can use the [SHIFT] key to select multiple files simultaneously.
- Click Open.
- A file-specific icon(s) and the file name(s) are displayed on the Attachment line of the email.
