The Document Centre allows you to distribute multiple files that are generated or attached to a client in Applied Rating Services from one location. You can distribute by emailing quote-related files to clients, printing files to your local printer, saving files to PDF, and sending documents to clients to obtain their electronic signature using an integrated eSignature service (a DocuSign, Formstack Sign, or Citrix RightSignature account is required to use this functionality).

The type of documents available in the Document
Centre depends on the type of quote selected. The following document

If you have quote modifications on the quote, you can distribute the original and/or modified Application(s) and Pre-Authorized Payment Form(s).
Liability slips contain the liability slip information of Copies per Vehicle, Expiry Date, and the Effective Time.
The Insurance Company information defaults to what was entered under Utilities > Configure > Workflow Definitions > Liability Slip. The company information can be revised if needed.
Notes that were added to this quote are shown in the list and can be distributed. To distribute these notes, select the checkbox(es) next to each note, or check the Select All checkbox to print all of them.
Note: Select the Print Individually checkbox to print each note individually
The number of notes that are checked to be distributed out of the total number of notes listed displays on the tab.
Memos added to the selected client display in the list. To distribute memos, select the checkbox next to the desired memo(s) or check the Select All checkbox to distribute all of them.

Pre-Qualification questions assigned to the quote can be distributed.
Attachments that were added to the selected client are shown in the list and can be viewed; they cannot be printed from the Document Centre. To view attachments, select the checkbox next to the desired attachment(s) or check the Select All checkbox to view all of them.
Emails that have been sent to the client display in the list and can be distributed. To distribute emails, select the checkbox(es) next to each email, or check the Select All checkbox to distribute all of them.
Note: Select the Preview checkbox to preview the contents of the selected email.
Distribute the Pro Rata/Short Rate calculations by clicking the Print button on the Pro Rata/Short Rate screen. Determine which calculations to distribute by selecting Pro Rata, Short Rate, or Combined and chose to Include client information or not.
MVR / Autoplus reports for the driver are shown in the list and can be distributed.
If there is an existing MVR and/or AutoPlus for the driver, the ordered date and a checkbox will display.
To save the MVR or Autoplus report to HTML, click the Save to HTML link.
If an MVR and/or Autoplus report does not exist for the driver, N/A displays next to it.
The AB Buy Up Option Report displays SABs (Statutory Accident Benefits) reports. To distribute a report, select the checkbox next to the desired report.
