In this area, you can define the Renewal Stages your organization uses to track your renewal process and specify the length of time that policies in each stage will display in Renewals Manager.
By default, all of your organization’s renewals display for all employees, but you can change this setting to give each employee access only to renewals on which they are assigned a servicing role and renewals belonging to employees for whom they have View Others rights granted in Employee detail.
Before adding your own renewal stages, review the list of pre-configured stages and inactivate or delete any that you will not use, to ensure that users make selections from an accurate, relevant list when updating a policy’s stage.
Note: This article contains printing instructions that are only applicable if Applied Epic is installed locally on your computer.
