If your organization uses the Confidential Client Access feature in
Applied Epic and a scheduled report needs to include confidential clients,
an Applied Epic Enterprise Admin
or a user with access to the confidential clients must schedule the report.
The following reports are available in Applied CSR24.

end date, Internet Protocol (IP) access details, and the login
method (either SSO or Web Login). |

Lists all certificate templates or issued certificates that
have at least one policy expiration date in the specified date
range. |

Lists all certificates issued for the selected account that

Bulk Holder Export |
Generates a system-wide list of holders for expiring certificate
templates. Staff can use the report results to manage renewals
and update holders associated to the expiring templates.
Once you queue a report, it runs in the background. Once it
completes, you have three days to view the details in a ZIP file
that contains a spreadsheet for every account indicating the expiring
Certificate Templates.
Note that the results include the total number of insureds reviewed
as part of the report criteria, but that this does not represent
the number of spreadsheets contained in the output ZIP file. |
