Reports

To access the Reports area:

A scheduling feature has been added for the following reports: Service Usage, Issued Certificate Detail, Bulk Holder Export, Issued ID Cards, and Certificate Utilization. This allows you to run these reports now, at a scheduled time, or at a scheduled recurrence. Reports you schedule to run display on the Scheduled Reports page. See the Report Pickup page to pick up and download a report that has run.

If your organization uses the Confidential Client Access feature in Applied Epic and a scheduled report needs to include confidential clients, an Applied Epic Enterprise Admin or a user with access to the confidential clients must schedule the report.

The following reports are available in Applied CSR24.
