View Applied ezITV Evaluation
- Begin start by locating a client from Desktop Navigation in Applied
Rating Services
To locate an existing client, complete one
of the following workflows:
- Access a client by clicking the Locate
button on the options bar, then
- Click the dropdown menu to select other search criteria
or click the Advanced
button to add multiple search criteria.
- Enter your search criteria in the Search field
- Select the client in the Results
list
- Access a client by using the Locate in the Client menu on the
menubar.
- Click Client
> Locate on the menubar.
- Click the dropdown arrow to select other search criteria;
click the plus sign to add additional search criteria if needed.
- Enter your search criteria in the Search
field.
- Click the Locate
button.
- In the Results
list, select the client and click OK.
- Select a property or an Applied ezITV quote
in the Quote Summary list.
- Then, do one of the following to view Applied ezITV Evaluations:
- Click ITV on the options bar and select View Applied ezITV
Evaluations from the menu.
- Click Quote
> New Evaluation > View Applied ezITV Evaluations
on the menubar.
- Right click and select Details
> Edit Applied ezITV Evaluation from the dropdown menu
that displays
Note:
If no evaluations exist for the selected quote, the message “There are
no evaluations for this quote” will display on a pop-up screen.
- The Applied ezITV Evaluations
screen displays. The evaluation that is associated to this quote displays
in the list.
You can perform the following actions from
this screen:
- Add a New Dwelling Evaluation
– Click the New
Dwelling Evaluation button
to
add a new Applied ezITV quote.

- Re-Quote Selected Evaluation
– Click the Re-Quote
Selected Evaluation button
to
Re-Quote the selected Applied ezITV evaluation by making changes
to the address and/or dwelling information on the Applied ezITV
Evaluation Details screen.
- Delete the Selected Evaluation
– Click the Delete
the selected evaluation button
to
delete the evaluation selected in the list. On the Confirm popup screen click,
Yes to delete the selected evaluation.
- Print the Selected Evaluation
– Click the Print
the selected evaluation button
to
access the Document Centre. From here the iClarify Dwelling and
ezITV Evaluation documents can be printed or Saved
to PDF.

button to close this screen when you are done.
