Attendance List

To view the Attendance List for an employee, at Home Base, click Clients & Files. From the dropdown menu above the list, select Employees. Select an employee in the list and click the Attendance List button.

Four tabs display on the Attendance List screen: All, Vacation, Sick, and Other. Click the tabs to view absences by type.

Attendance items are listed by Date, Type of Absence, Hours taken, and Reason for absence.

Click Detail to view the Attendance Detail screen for the selected item.

Click Options to view the options available from the Attendance List:

Click Cancel to close the Attendance List screen.

Attendance Detail

Enter or revise the information on the Attendance Detail screen as desired.

Enter any additional notes in the note field.

Click OK to save any additions or revisions to the Attendance Detail screen, or Cancel to close the screen without applying changes.
