Brokers

To access broker information, at Home Base click Clients & Files. From the dropdown menu above the list, select Brokers.

Brokers are listed by Broker ID, Name, and Street. Scroll through the list to select the desired broker, or type the first few letters of the broker Code in the field below the list to jump to the closest match. (For more information on customizing and navigating this list, see List Management.)

The sidebar on the right portion of the screen contains an information summary for the selected broker. The broker name, address, business and mobile phone numbers, fax number, email address, and any miscellaneous notes display in this summary.

To view the detail screen for the selected broker, click Detail.

Click Options to access the following workflows:
