View Transaction Detail

  1. Locate the account and access the Transactions area.
  2. The Transactions list initially loads blank. Enter your desired search criteria to populate the list for the selected account.

    Note: The list can display a maximum of 500 transactions.
  3. You can change the columns that display in the list if necessary.
  1. In the list, click the transaction you would like to view.
  2. Do one of the following:

The following navigation panel items below the transaction’s Item # allow you to navigate to the different sections of transaction detail.

For Invoice Transactions

 

Click a navigation panel item to view more information for the transaction. Only the Detail screen has revisable fields. The other screens are informational.

For Payment Transactions

Click a navigation panel item to view more information for the transaction. Other than the Payment tab on the Detail screen, information is for reference only and cannot be revised.

For Bill History

When you view transactions By Bill #, all items on the same bill are automatically rolled up into one line item in the list. To view the bill history for those items, select the bill header in the list and click the Edit button .
